Buyer Beware - my experience
Just going to make this simple because I have already spent enough time with these feelings.
Bought a Core One kit
Assembled it (wore the grounding wristband and everything)
Heartbreak Thermistor was not registering connected
Reached out they did a quick troubleshoot. Sent out a replacement a week later.
Put it in - still broken.
Reached out again and then they trouble shot again (why we didn’t verify with this next step the first time I don’t know”)
They said to replace the love board.
Another week goes by.
Get love board and put it in (extra cautiously, might as well have been doing surgery)
Still bricked.
Down printing a month.
I asked them to send a functioning printer and I would send this back.
They flat out said no.
Here we are. And most likely where you will be if you have issues with your printer and have to reassemble every week until every part has been replaced.
