My Xbox Series X is connected to a wireless wifi connection and for some reason it can’t connect or even detect the 5GHz signal.

My other devices like my phones and tv can connect to both the 2.4GHz connection and 5GHz connection but my xbox can only see and connect to the 2.4GHz one and it’s making me have latency and packet loss when I play games like rocket league.

Does anyone know anything I can do to fix this?
