Found in an old cabinet and supposedly belonged to my grandfather. Scoured the internet but couldn’t find anything that matched.

First time owner here. Set up 35 Gallon tank with 3 Ranchus. 2 days in I began noticing that this specific one, which was larger than the other two, swam with a slight list in either direction. I immediately seperated him and now he’s in a 10 Gallon hospital tank. I have absolutely zero idea whether or not this is Dropsy or just a swim bladder issue, and without any dependable source of aquatic supplies where I live I’m looking to treat it as fast as possible if I can get second opinions.
