Currently on training with onshore clients pero parang ayaw ko na kasi mas natotoxican ako sa leads from us yours truly, Peenoys! Hindi naman nagdedemand ng kung ano mga onshore pero itong people lead namin suuuuuper ang pabida sa lahat ang dami nirerequire. I get it, that's their work eh.
First day of training gusto nya kami magpa bibo agad sa onshore at i-bombard ng question yung trainer eh hindi pa nga namin alam fully yung pasikot sikot ng process so ano iaask? Yung trainer, nakakaintindi sila pa nagsasabi na "we would not rush you guys into understanding things right now". Itong people lead namen potek magtanong lang daw ng magtanong. Plus, nirerequire pa kami mag open camera. Letseeeee! Given the job market rn, worth it ba mag resign nalang?
