With great regret, having been reading this forum for a month or so since placing my order for a Lymow Plus, I have decided to cancel my order. I am happy to mow my lawn with a petrol mower, but I was looking for a mowing solution that would mow for me whilst I was away for periods of time. Maybe even take over completely. Clearly the Lymow requires a significant amount of help/ daily maintenance, so I don’t think that it will work for me. I hope to try again in a year or two when the system has advanced.
Here is the question. I have sent two messages to support@Lymow a week apart, and I have had no response. The mower was due to be delivered in May sometime, and I would like to avoid having to return it.
Has anyone got any experience in cancelling orders? Advice please. Thanks. Michael
