Didn't recieve mail from MDI? Does this mean straight reject ?

Has the waitlist movement for SPJIMR started ? If yes where to check dashboard number is static.

This is regarding my mother whose age is 58 vear old. She fell on her back while doing house chores 2 year back, due to which her spine bone got fractured. From that time onwards we visited multiple doctors in lucknow but none gave us clear action plan. They simply wrote medicines, got xray done and never even talked about condition even when asked. Now my mother has got problems like inability to lift her hands, she even falls sometime due to limited mobility of leg and pain in her back is permanent. Want advice from doctor fraternity ,regarding what to do. And if you have any contacts through which I can see some doctor in lucknow who can have a look .Please do suggest will be very very helpful.
