Gone through a breakup so I’m covering everything alone, while trying to catch up on payments. And cost of living is awful!

Currently going through the worst time of my life and at 29 I feel like I’m failing. My incomes not covering what I need it to.
So how do I earn extra? I’m talking like an extra £190 atleast.
I’m really struggling here and I’m trying to do overtime, but I’ve also had to deal with being off sick from work. I’m really trying!
