2018 scat pack is having some electrical issues and I need help finding where to look to resolve the issue

Just had the battery & alternator replaced

Some symptoms and dashboard warnings I’m getting :
Idling high at start up (1500 rpm )
No throttle response
“Service Electronic stability control system “ on dash
Lightning bolt symbol on dash
Battery signal on
Volt on performance pages is at 12.2 and dropping
Plug that goes into alternator isn’t fully seated ( doesn’t click ) ( wondering if that’s the issue ? )

Just wanna get an idea of where to look to understand how or what to purchase / fix

My stitches were recently removed on my finger after I cut myself deep with a sharp blade .. after the stitches were removed the skin was all together .. I kept it bandaged over night and wrappedfor a day and when I took off the skin was separated a lot .. I’m concerned that I may need further medical attention for this but I genuinely don’t know .. I’m seeing help so someone can telll whether or not this is bad and needs attention or if this is normal and to just let it keep healing .
