A lot of people stay stuck because overthinking feels productive.

One thing I keep noticing is that people often confuse overthinking with progress.

They spend months “thinking about it” while nothing actually changes.

Career decisions.

Relationships.

Big life moves.

At some point, the delay itself becomes part of the problem.

What’s interesting is that most people usually recognize much earlier that something feels wrong — they just don’t trust themselves enough to act on it yet.
