Just wanted to hop on here and thank the community for your help (and show off a tiny bit)! This was my second batch, but the first was not a successful 2F. I used a quarter of an apple per pint(ish) bottle on this, trying to copy the GT Synergy flavor, and did pretty well! It might need just a bit more tartness to it, but it's pretty good to me.
