Welp, I work at a major bank and was laid off last month, along with my entire department. Everywhere I look companies are cutting back. I’ve sent out 100s of resumes and barely a sniff.

Are we headed to a global economic depression ala 1929? We in Canada have had it so good I don’t think we can even comprehend the worst case scenario.

Anyone else in my boat? Any suggestions on where to move for work? I’m single and mobile, but absolutely no one is hiring it seems.

This is getting scary.
