I was doing a little check to make sure everything looks normal and noticed something odd about my vagina.

There's no clear "hole", though I'm not worried about that because anything that needs to go in fits just fine. It's around the entrance I'm curious about. I have these growths, almost like large skin tags but the same material as the inside, not like outside skin. They look kinda like tiny tentacles, about a centimeter long each, or bigger if stretched. I've never seen it before and can't find anything online resembling it except for one diagram someone edited by drawing on (found no answers on that post).

I've never been to an obgyn and can't post photos anywhere for help (minor) so this is the best I've got.

There's no pain, no bleeding, and no issues with tampons. I just want to know if this is normal or something I should ask my doctor about.
