If I get co op is it possible to graduate with no debt if I’m paying for the entire uni tuition + res with osap?

I was accepted into tmu Eng but I’m struggling to meet one of the conditional requirements. Although I am still close to meeting do u think I should fill out the form just incase. What reason would maximize my chances, I don’t have any personal reasons tbh I’m kind of just struggling. If I submit now will I hear back soon I kind of need to know before June 1.
