I (28F) noticed a horizontal line has appeared on my top lip. At first I thought it was my lipstick doing this line but have found out it really is actually on my lip. No matter what kind of lippie I’m wearing whether it’s a lip balm/gloss/etc. this line ends up showing itself a little bit later after applying and it will really stand out. Are there any lipcare products that help with this?

\*I just got out of the shower and haven’t applied anything on it yet when I took this picture don’t mind the other lines.

So I take it three times a week on Monday morning, Wednesday morning, and Friday morning. The first time that I was on it in December, I was SOO constipated, but what would happen is that I would be constipated for the whole week up until Friday, and then I would eat something completely random like a granola bar and my stomach decided at that time that it will evacuate everything that was stopped up in my stomach from the whole week LOL but that only lasted for maybe three weeks and then I had no issues!

I was off of it for a month since I only had a three day supply, but seeing my lab results come back and my iron was still low though improved, I got back on it again about two weeks ago to take it for another three months. This time however, my symptoms are different where I would be it is going back-and-forth between being a little bit constipated, and then having loose stools. If I increase my fiber, I would get loose stools multiple times a day or just diarrhea because I ate more fiber that day ((like today, where I had eaten a fiber one bar, dried mangoes, and a cup of mixed berries and drank some kombucha)) but if I lessen the fiber after having said diarrhea, then I end up becoming constipated again. So yeah this is really annoying! 🤠

Has anyone found anything that helped them during the first few weeks so their bowels were just normal??
