Puppy is very diffirent with my dad and me

I have a puppy almost 10 weeks. I love her but it's getting really frustrating. I know puppy behaviour and what it looks like. I am understanding about that but right now I feel really lost.

The puppy always bites me in a playful way. Ankels, feet, my clothes, hands ect. With my dad she doesn't do that. I correct her the same way he does. I do exactly what he told me. Whenever I correct her when he is in the room she listens. If he's not near she continues. I take care of her needs, show her love and care for her. I've literally tried every tip already but all she does is continue with me. Also with anything else like going outside or feeding time she is perfect and listens very well with me.

Why is that? Is that normal? Please tell me what to do in order to get this under control because I want to do my best for this dog but I'm seriously lost at what to do next.

I need to get rid of my black box dye. I finally accepted it after years. It does not look good on me and I need to go back to dark brown, my natural hair color.

I've had box dye in for a long time then grew out my natural hair just to end up with black box dye again after working so hard to get rid of it. I'd say it's about 2 years worth of box dye.

I need to know what the best way is. I don't have the money for a professional. My hair is dead and she's been through a lot. For some reason I've also never had any crazy fails like hair falling out. Sure it looked shitty and bad but I swear my hair can handle a lot. I want to use a colour remover, then dye my hair dark brown and that way when my natural hair colour grows you can't really see it. Does that sound smart? I don't care about my hair health that much, just care about the colour. I'll worry about the rest later.

Any advice would be nice because I am so close to just going into it blind and mess it up badly...
