Any other polers here that have had a spinal

fusion? I just got told I need one. I’m bummed because I was finally making some progress and because I’ve already taken a long break for my previous surgery. I’m wondering how this will affect me when I go back to class eventually. How long were you off pole and how did it go when you went back to class?
