I bought some gift cards from KABUM (Its a very trustworthy site from Brazil) used the codes on google play and everything is allright.

BUT when i try to make a purchase using the account balance it gives me a error and they tell me to fill a formulary. I already did this more than 5 times and they allways respond me saying that my account has inconsistency, just this.

THEY DONT TELL ME WHAT IS THE INCONSISTENCY SO WE CAN SOLVE IT. Its been 1 week since i bought and payed the gift cards, but i cant use the balance.

I know the account isnt the problem because i can purchase things using my credit card and PIX (A very common way to pay things here in Brazil).

Can someone help me?
