so i had a big big problem with my laptop and i had a 3rd party call,on telehealth,it crashed in the middle of the call and i went inmediately to my friend's house to repair it,however he took one hour and a half to save it,he had to change several drivers and put it back together,however the call was still on my feed by the time i could log in again,i reported this to my employer but i dont know if it will have a big consequence since it was not even my fault.
