I gave birth this morning to a beautiful baby boy and did not have time for an epidural. My contractions started at 245 this morning and by the time we got to the hospital and into our room, it was 350 and I was 8 cm. He was born at 445 this morning. I pushed two times. HOLY CRAP! You ladies who CHOOSE to do non-medicated births are freaking rock stars! I was literally that woman screaming profanities down the hall. It was an out of body experience. I’m so embarrassed but good lord those contractions are no joke. I had an epidural with my first at 3 cm so this was wild for me. I just wanted to say women are rockstars and our bodies are incredible! That is all lol
