My husband has been sued twice for cars so I’m scared of something happening to that car and he gets sued after bankruptcy
we have a 2023 Hyundai Electra 93,000m with 5 years left on the loan (18k from Carvana ) im not sure if I want to reaffirm but if I give the car back we don’t have a down payment for another car we are on one income my husband needs a vehicle for work and our child what could be my options ?
