Lumaray side lights power cord failure x 2
I tried to email Vivosun through the email listed in the support section of the app. It kicked back my email saying “You’re email has been blocked. Read attachment for reasoning” When I opened it was all in Chinese. Here was the body of the email I sent
My Lumaray side lighting power cords have stopped working. I went in to check my tents this morning and the lights were off in one. After messing with it for a bit I determined it had to be the power cord. I took the cord from the side lights in my other tent and plugged it in and they came back on only to stop working a moment later. Now neither of my Lumaray side lights are working at all. Everything else I have plugged into that same power strip works fine. Is there replacement power cords I can purchase? How does that Special for Replacement product option for $1.00 work? Is there where I’d try to order it? Please help me figure this out. I’m a few weeks into flower with my plants and need to get these light back up running as soon as possible.
Does anyone have a better way to get ahold of them. u/vivosunofficial My plants are a few weeks into flower and it really sucks bad not having my side lights I specifically bought, with my money, that I earned and chose to spend on this Vivosun product. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to get it working again? Anyone have any ideas?
