I upgraded my tent from a 3x3 to a 4x4 roughly 3 weeks ago.
Today I noticed my AeroLight Wing AW400 is doing this during night cycle.
I have checked firmware and connections. It does stop when disconnected but lights back up as soon as you plug back in.
Is this covered by warrenty? What should I do here? I am roughly 3 weeks from harvest 😟
Just had a manufacturing defect with one of my devices, in the past I’ve reached out through the app for support but noticed that headset icon is gone and I don’t see a contact section after the last update.
Am I overlooking where it moved, or did they kill this option? I’m using IOS and on app version v4.59.2

Was doing some testing before my first actual cycle and I didn’t seem to have any issues. Now for whatever reason the VCure won’t get to up the set temp. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix? Thanks
