Genuine question about bladder ocd

So to summarize, I have a compulsion (which I think it relatively common) to not be able to go to sleep unless I feel my bladder is 100% empty. This honestly is so random for me as I’ve never had an issue with bed wetting, or even waking up in the night to pee. But it’s now gotten to the point where I go the second I need to pee in the slightest bit. Is this bad for your pelvic muscles? Like am I making the problem worse? Does anyone have experience in this? Thanks! 💐

Gone a week without one of my worst compulsions!!

Today I’ve barely felt an urge at all! I’m so proud of myself! Proof that you guys can do anything and you can overcome!

I promise I’m not an influencer, I promise I will not ruin any hidden gems. I’m just sick and tired of every place I visit being the exact same. I can’t with the touristy gift shops, overpriced inauthentic restaurants, or overcrowded cities. Please, does anyone have any recommendations of places off the beaten path that would be good for an experienced female who has never solo travelled before? :)))

Ok so, I’m currently an RD2B and am looking at potential master’s programs. The one I am aiming for requires an area of emphasis in either clinical or public health (still do placement in both I think?) I initially saw myself going into the more clinical side of things but I am now not so sure!? Could anyone just share their thoughts, maybe some pros and cons of either specialty, I honestly don’t know much about the day to day of either! Thanks!

Hey! I used this sub a ton when picking a school in gr. 12! Since nutrition is not the most common/big program, I have always found it kinda difficult to find info about, so use this as an AMA!!! Please bring it on I love the program and love talking about it :)

- Anything about first year courses, pathways to being a registered dietitian, guelph in general, etc!
