I received a letter from Traffic Monitoring Services (TMS) for 3 parking fines for $297. The limit was 4 hours. One or two of those, I did park less than 4 hours and exited the parking, and entered the same parking area for another less than 4 hours.
I had mentioned these, yet, they didn't accept the explanations. Did try to negotiate the terms of payments but also not responded.
On the letter, it was mentioned that "Your information has been obtained pursuant to an application made by Secure to the Supreme Court of Western Australia for the release of that information as the registered owner of the above vehicle at the time of the Breach Notices were issued'.
End paragraph," failure to pay the overdue...may result in the matter being referred to our lawyers or recovery agent for further action.'
Can I just ignore this letter?
Anyone experience this and how did you approach it?
I read another post saying to just discard the letter.
