Had a pretty frustrating experience with Zepto and wanted to check if others have faced this.

I ordered a perfume set of 4, but when the package arrived, there were only 3 items inside. Even the delivery person acknowledged it and told me that I should raise a refund or exchange request through the app.

So I did exactly that.

First, Zepto support asked me to send an email with the details, which I followed. But after that, they simply responded saying there was no issue with the delivered items, basically denying that anything was missing.

This is what’s bothering me:

The order was clearly incomplete (4 ordered, 3 received)

Even the delivery partner suggested raising a claim

I followed their process, but they still dismissed it without proper investigation

Feels like they’re just avoiding responsibility here.

Has anyone else faced something like this with Zepto?Were you able to successfully get a refund or replacement?Any idea how to escalate this further?
