Tips to stay positive and distracted

Had my first scan on Tuesday at 5+2, saw the gestational sac and yolk sac which measured at 5+5.

My next scan isn't until Thursday, 6+4, and I'm having such a hard time keeping myself distracted and positive. I have some symptoms but nothing crazy- thirst, some cramping + bloating, fatigue towards the afternoon.

For those that made it past this point, I'd love some reassurance and tips for passing the time!! Every time I open my book I'm distracted before I can read even 5 pages.

My father-in-law (68y) was just diagnosed with glioblastoma. We're still waiting on the full biopsy report, which to my understanding, would include molecular characteristics. So far, we have been told that it's inoperable and aggressive (per MRI, high grade multi-focal glioma).

While we wait for the report, I'm working on getting his case reviewed at a renowned cancer hospital. I wanted to ask this community what kinds of questions I should ask the review team - or is there really anything to ask before we get the full biopsy report? I have zero experience with neuro cancers so any direction on how to best utilize the call with the review team would be appreciated.
