Hey, has anyone experienced something similar with Meta bans and actually managed to recover their account?

My ad account got disabled completely out of nowhere for “promoting drugs”, even though I never advertised anything similar. During all this time I maybe had one rejected ad more than 6 months ago. The account had high spend and Meta support even told me I had some kind of trusted partner/advertiser status because of the spending history.

I appealed the decision, but I instantly got an automated response saying the appeal was denied. Then I contacted Meta support and they told me it was probably a system mistake and that I could create a new ad account and run new ads while waiting for further review.

So I did exactly that - everything worked fine for a 3 days, then the new account got banned again for the exact same reason.

After that I spoke multiple times with Meta support and also with my account manager. They said they escalated the case to higher-level Meta technicians and that I’d receive an email response within about an hour. I actually did receive one, so I guess a real person reviewed it, but they still refused to remove the restriction on both accounts.

At this point I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t know if creating another ad account or even a completely new Business Portfolio makes any sense because I’m afraid Meta will instantly connect everything and ban it again.

For context:
- my ID is verified,
- 2FA is enabled,
- the account had normal history and significant spend,
- and at the same time (after a ban, so i guess it’s just coincidence) I suddenly received 12 DMCA claims, where at least 10 are completely baseless because those creatives are 1000% my own ads.

Has anyone gone through something similar and actually managed to recover the account? What realistically helped? Please help
