I have been seeing a lot of Mega guilds as of late recruiting for their 4/5/6 whatever 25m raid teams. I am just curious as to those that join them, why? What made you choose a 25-man “mega guild” instead of a smaller or tighter-knit group? And this is not to bash anyone that does, just curious as I see LFG is filled with these mass recruitment messages of the same guild.
For those that raid lead/guild lead. How do you handle multiple 25m guilds, and what are you doing to prevent those teams from breaking off and just forming their own guild.
I've always felt joining a guild with a single core 25m raid team is the way to go. It builds a better since of community when playing with the same people week to week, and gives people a chance to synergize better as a team.
