rhodiola vs ashwagandha which one actually feels different in real life?

I see both of these recommended a lot for stress and energy but it is hard to tell what the actual difference is beyond descriptions. For people who have tried both did one feel noticeably different from the other in terms of stress or mental clarity? Not looking for technical explanations just real experience

I don’t have patience for this anymore. I went on a date with this guy last week from a mainstream app and he was literally interrogating me. I understand wanting to learn about the person but come on it was exactly like being questioned at a job interview. He even sounded judgey about my field of work (I’m a store manager, not like this matters). This happened with so many matches, it feels like they are just checking off a looking for a wife grocery list. I’m open to a LTR, but I want to have a bit more fun, actually converse with the person first and see where it goes. I don’t believe in shopping for a spouse. I'm introverted so going on dates is already a bit draining for me which is why texting first is a good compromise. But the interrogation vibe was ruining my social battery completely. I decided to switch things up and downloaded the Sequel dating app and.. it’s been such a good decision. Because they use personality tests you actually get matched based on temperament rather than just a resume. The crowd there feels way more relaxed and they actually know how to have a natural conversation without auditing your life. It's so nice to just talk to someone who wants to enjoy the process of getting to know you. Has anyone else experienced this job interview burnout on the regular apps?

been exploring all possible and convenient ways to deploy a small node js app for a one product site, and most suggest using multiple services like render, railway or vercel. i agree those are pretty convenient options but there are a lot of moving parts that i expected. recently i started using hostinger node js, it does look pretty straightforward since i was able to host the entire app and its cheaper lol by far the most practical approach for me, but im still curious if other did test the same approach and if it holds up well over time??
