I am planning to go to Germany next year for a CS bachelor's degree. After watching YouTube videos, I estimated a budget of ₹15–16 lakh, but how will I manage my expenses in the following years?

If you are able to show part time contract or receipt of money send to your parents ( last 3 months= 992*3) then you don’t need a second year block account. Otherwise you need one year block account money to extend your student visa, is that True ?
