Curious lang ako neers kung ano thoughts niyo on discussing or disclosing salary and compensation details online —especially when companies label them as “confidential.” On one hand, I understand companies want to protect internal structures and avoid conflict. On the other, transparency seems to help employees benchmark their worth and avoid being underpaid. Would this affect your job/ job hunting process if nalaman na ginawa mo to? And is this actually reportable to HR if you see someone do this?
