Problem/Goal: I accepted a job offer but my starting date is being delayed for the third time na
Context: It's been a month and almost two months na rin na walang work so I'm really bothered na.
So I already got and signed a job offer(late march/early april) for a Property Management role with the good guys.
My Initial date was supposedly on April, then nalipat on early may, and now na-lipat nanaman ulit siya for mid-May.
Tbh, medyo frustrating lang siguro kasi I already withdrew my other application na already for this role since I already signed a Job Offer. Pero I'm kinda bothered na kasi this will be the third time na na-lipat yung start date ko.
Manghihingi sana ako advice from you guys what does this mean for the HR if nadedelay yung start date despite them asking for the requirements already?
If you have a situation similar to me, should I look for another job na? (Or even reach out if pwedeng i-reconsider yung mga na-turn down na role) Or should I wait na lang for the updated start date (while upskilling para hindi sayang sa oras).
