I went to a Chinese restaurant before and ordered this soup that honestly tasted pretty bland at first, but the more I ate it the more I liked it. It had this really clean, light taste and felt really good on the stomach. Even the owner told me it’s healthy and something people eat for nourishment.

I remember they called it something like bird something, but I can’t fully remember the name. I’ve been thinking about it lately and really want to find out what it was and maybe try it again.

Does anyone know what soup this could be?

I’ve been struggling with this lately. Every time I find a strategy that looks good, I end up seeing another one and start second guessing everything again.

Curious how people here stay consistent with one approach without feeling like they’re missing out on something better.

I’m trying to improve my trading setup and reduce execution delays as much as possible. Right now I’m just using a regular home internet connection and desktop platform, but I feel like I might be losing out on better fills during fast moves.

For those who care about low latency, what actually made the biggest difference for you? Was it switching platforms, improving internet, using a VPS, or something else entirely?

Trying to understand what’s actually worth focusing on before I start changing too many things at once.

I’ve been getting deeper into trading lately and keep seeing people talk about low latency setups. I get the idea in theory faster execution, less slippage, better fills but I’m not sure how big the difference actually is in real trading.

For those of you trading actively, especially intraday or scalping, how much does latency really affect your results? Is it something you only notice at high frequency, or does it matter even for normal day trading?

I’m pretty new to building trading bots and I’m starting to realize something I didn’t think about before… latency might actually matter a lot more than I expected.

Even if the strategy looks good in backtesting, I feel like small delays in execution could completely change the results in live trading, especially in fast markets like crypto or gold.

For those of you who are already running bots, how do you deal with latency? Do you focus on optimizing code, changing brokers, or using a VPS setup? I’m trying to understand what actually makes the biggest difference in real trading.
