I have just started to switch from protein powder to eggs for protein ​based on​ a calculation I made. ​

4 hard boil​ eggs per day (only during weekdays) usually will be after gym of 30min to 1h. eggs is mixed together into oats

These are my lipids result half a year ago:

Total Cholesterol 6.31 LDL (Bad) 3.86 HDL 1.10 Triglycerides 2.96 T. Chol/HDL Ratio 5.74

Age 31, ​Weight: 86, ​Height: 178

So I have been advised to limit eggs intake, but if I exclude the egg yoke, then it felt like a waste and cost might not be so advantageous anymore.

So I went to search online and ask around. ​But I am getting mixed result.

Have anyone eaten egg yoke without limit and how is the changes in your cholesterol like? Is it still recommended to cut the egg yoke?
