So I bought an item over a month ago and I received the wrong item . I contacted customer service the moment they initiated the return for me boom got it boom didn’t think much of it . The refund never hit even after the timeline . I returned one item since then and that item got refunded fairly quickly.I’m starting to get mad because I’ve contacted customer service about 100 times and they’ve been nothing but rude and useless . They always tell me to wait or to file a claim via email and I did but I got it denied with the email on this picture . I also got an email saying about too many returns which is BS as this was the only item I had an issue with . If I file a chargeback due to their own incompetence would I be banned from using Amazon ever ??? I already have a refund being sent for a semi expensive item so I don’t know if both will compromise my account.
