Getting a miata from Japan in June. Surveying options for PPF (full front) + coating.
Car will be a 50% daily on elite highway, remaining 50% on my abused workhorse.
XPEL is perfect but I may have to sell a kidney and a ball.
So I found some alternatives.
Rhinepro for 4.3k
- 6 years warranty
- 7.5mil TPU (film brand Argotec, glue brand Ashland)
- ceramic coating 3 years warranty
63 Auto by Prestige for 3.5k
- 10 years warranty (suzpicious)
- 9mil TPU (film brand lubrizol, glue brand Henkel)
- ceramic coating
- tint with 5years warranty (IRR 90%, TSER 70%)
Autobarn for 4.8k
- 5 years warranty
- 7.5mil TPU, KrystalGuard no glue brand
- ceramic coating
- tint with 5 years warranty (IRR 95%, TSER 68-78%)
I have also seen 7autospa and CSK Car Detailing, but I'm tired of typing. They're around the same price range and offerings too.
My car will be on the road from within the 7am to 9am and 5pm to 9pm range. I have my own covered parking spot at work, and I have a porch at home.
Motive is to protect my paint for at least 5 years and remove to replace the ppf safely.
Which one do you have experience with? Do I go for something else? Please flood my post with suggestions, thank you.
