Myself and several other associates have been complaining for MONTHS about the temperature of our store. It is constantly around 80 degrees in the store, and our HVAC is DISGUSTING. The store is dusty, there’s no air circulation. Customers, associates, and vendors all complain about how hot it is. Ethics reports have been filed, tickets put in for maintenance, and nothing gets done. I personally have been getting sick from the heat (I am not a well person), and I cannot keep working under these conditions. What do I do??
