Freedom begins with "No." 🚫🏃‍♂️

This week was a whirlwind of work and zero practice, but still I lined up for my first-ever 5km race. Somewhere around the middle, my body started screaming at me to stop. I almost convinced myself that giving up was the only option.
Then, I thought of Acharya Prashant Ji. I thought about his relentless work for all of us, day in and day out, without breaks. I remembered the teaching: “Freedom begins with no.” So, I said no to the fatigue. I said no to the urge to rest.
I finished in 38 minutes. It might not be a world record, but for a first-timer who hasn’t practiced, it’s a personal victory I’ll never forget. Huge thanks to my two friends who joined me and made the experience even more amazing!

Review: I’m usually the first to call out spiritual scams, but "Truth Without Apology" is totally original. No fluff, no "feel good" clichés just sharp, logical insights that cut right through the ego.
It’s superb because it doesn’t sugarcoat anything. It’s easily the most honest book I’ve read in a long time.
Have any of you read it yet? What do you think about his approach?

Just bought these brand-new Moondrop Chu II earphones and used them for only 10 days—then one night, a stupid mouse chewed through the wire.
