Just curious if anyone knows for certain about the static speed camera located on the N7 beside the circle K Kill North?

I drive that route regularly and see drivers constantly going 120 in the 100. It's not publicly posted on the guards website and all previous information I can find on reddit has half the people saying it issues fines and the other half saying it doesn't.
