This happened in late 2023 but I was just opening up to my husband about it and it brought back memories.

He had just gotten back from a 9 month deployment and we were stuck in a hotel waiting for a house on base. A few days in I started to get some pretty strange delusions. I thought he was a robot, I was convinced that I was in a simulation and whoever was watching me could see me as a hologram, I got obsessed with the number six. Things like that. It really scared me.

This only lasted about a month and the thoughts subsided after we got moved in and out of the hotel. Sometimes I get scared that it’ll come back but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something similar.
