Does this mean my dose increase was approved?

Does this mean my dose increase was approved?

I went in and increased my dose on friday. I didn't get any notifications saying that it was approved or anything but the new dose it there. Does that mean it was approved?

Terminated from financial aid?

Can anyone help me understand this? I completed three course but apparently I was only at 33%. I had no idea. The three classes where the only ones listed for the term. I would have completed more classes if I knew. Are ineligible indefinitely or is it just for this semester? I plan to call financial aid but they're not open yet.

ETA:

I looked at my degree plan and apparently they marked the three classes that I had the first time I enrolled and marked them as not pass . I'm not sure why because I withdraw before 30 days.

I'm also in a master's program. I only had 3 classes.

Just curious. I know that if I don’t complete a course, it will roll into the next semester, but will I need to resubmit the work I’ve already done? My next semester starts on the 1st. I have one class left, and I’ve completed one of the two tasks. I just submitted the second task. Will it save, or will I need to do it over?”
