Hi OneForma Team and Community,

I am reaching out here as a last resort because I am extremely frustrated with my experience regarding Identity Verification.

For the past 4 months, I have been trying to verify my identity. I used stable residential Wi-Fi, original government IDs, and followed every guideline, but the automated system failed every single time. I contacted support (Case #CAS-225221-D6B7V9) multiple times asking for manual verification, but I only received generic troubleshooting replies.

Following the support team's latest advice, I tried to verify again, and now my account has been DISABLED for "suspicious activity" (Case ID: 8101832).

I am a genuine professional with 3+ years of experience in AI annotation. I have already emailed account-review@oneforma.com with my documents, but I haven’t received a satisfactory human response yet.

Can someone from the OneForma team please look into my Case ID: 8101832 and help me reactivate my account? I am willing to do a manual verification or whatever is necessary to prove my identity.

Hi everyone,

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with OneForma's current support and project allocation system. I have been associated with the platform for a while, but my experience lately has been highly discouraging.

For several projects, my status has been showing as "Hired" for over 4 months, yet I have not received any tool access or email instructions to proceed. Instead, I keep receiving automated invitations to apply for the exact same projects (for example, the Centaurus Data Collection project). If seats are available and I am already hired, why are the tasks not being assigned?

Furthermore, the ID verification process is completely broken for users with single names on their government IDs. Since the platform requires a double name, I was forced to repeat my name, but the system continuously marks the verification as "Failed" without any valid reason. Trying to reach the support team or account review team yields no response or resolution.

I have tried manually fixing this earlier, but I cannot keep risking my account getting blocked by attempting the 3rd verification attempt blindly.

My concerns are simple:

  1. Why are candidates kept in the "Hired" status for months without receiving tool access or further instructions?
  2. Why is there no proper support or manual intervention for users facing name mismatch issues during verification?

I want to work on these projects genuinely, but being left hanging like this is unacceptable. I request the team at OneForma to look into this and process my account/tool access so that I can begin working.
