I had to return an order this morning because customer didnt give any instructions to their apartment and i called them as well. Fast forward, i did the return process and i keep getting messages from them. It shows up on my notifications and i can see the message, but once i click it, it doesnt open anything. But i know its that customer, cause they keep asking where their order is

What do i do? Does it go away after some time? This was earlier morning around 8am and its already 3pm
