Anybody have experience working at Shock Trauma in their SICU?

Im currently working in the SICU at a Level 1 facility but Im wanting to relocate to a higher acuity facility for learning and more experiences.

I recently got my labs drawn at a male clinic after wanting to take better care of my body. This was my first time getting these labs done.

Lab Results
LH: ~9.0 mIU/mL
FSH: ~1.7 mIU/mL
Estradiol (E2): ~46.8 pg

SHBG: Unknown (not tested)

Total testosterone: ~866 ng/dL
Free testosterone: ~9.6 pg/mL

Suggested Treatment by CLINIC
I was prescribed enclomiphene.
The NP and I discussed it and I questioned why should I take it if my LH and Estradiol is already elevated. She wanted me to try it before discussing TRT.

My Thoughts
I stopped enclomiphene 2 weeks after taking it. From what I have read, it may make my specific problem worse.

I want to get my labs rechecked after some time with a diet of increased calories, carbs and protein. I also started a stack of supplements such as boron, vitamin d3, zinc, calcium D-glucarate, magnesium and ashwaganda. These are just supplements that I researched that may benefit my overall hormornal health and potentially targeting high SHBG.

Should I have continued taking the enclomiphene?

Does this sound like a high SHBG problem?

Do you have any other recommendations?
