Concerns for left leg pain
I have been keeping a log of what I have been eating for the past two weeks now. I saw a specialist about this at an orthopedic Center and the specialist had said to write it down until I see him June 29. I get these feelings randomly in my leg after I eat anything it feels like inflammation, but I’m not sure why this happens. I recently went to my general doctor and he did a lot of bloodwork to my blood and he said my A1c levels are at a regular level. I don’t eat a lot of of sugar and I don’t eat fast food or anything like that. I will say, though I had a history of pre-diabetes and my highest weight was 230 pounds six years ago. I am 5 foot 23-year-old woman who weighs 125 pounds now. I came out with anemia, but I have been taking multivitamins that have iron every day and it’s been getting better. I’ve been having this leg feeling on and off going for about 2 to 3 years and I’m finally doing something about it because I feel like it’s getting persistent. This is my food log and how the pains have been making me feel. Has anyone been through this?

March 31st
Breakfast 7:00am: Peanut Butter Overnight Oats - no leg/foot pain ( multivitamins included )
Lunch 1:15pm: Chicken Salad - no leg/foot pain
Dinner 8:30pm: stuffed ground beef bell peppers - no leg/foot pain
( Comments: was sitting down at 11:30am, with my left leg nerves starting to flare a bit for stretching leg towards the floor ) ( 1:14pm bottom left foot starts cramping after sitting down from a 30 min walk ) ( 1:35pm bottom of my foot feels pressure when walking ) ( 1:58pm getting pins and needles ranging from top foot to bottom foot after using restroom sitting on toilet and standing in room ) (6:00pm bottom foot feels a bit of pins and needles from sitting or laying down in bed )

April 1st
Breakfast 6:20am: Protein Pruitt bebbles overnight oats - no leg/foot pain ( multivitamins included )
Lunch 11:20pm: ground beef white rice bowl with guacamole - no leg pain/foot pain
Dinner- 6:00pm-8:30pm: in and out burger and animal style fries, two pizzas, ice cream, popcorn - no leg pain/foot pain
( comments: throughout the morning, my leg didn’t hurt but I felt something off like if there’s a slight feeling below my foot of uncomfort. 3:00pm the feeling went away but tends to come back of a slight discomfort, more like tenderness.

April 2nd
Breakfast 9:05am: overnight oats strawberry blueberry (multivitamins included) - discomfort on my left wrist, feels burning pins and needles on my wrist. Lasted 5 mins. No leg pain
Dinner 6:20pm: chipotle chicken bowl with black beans, cheese, pico, white rice. No leg pain now but was feeling slight pins and needles below the foot. While eating food I felt my leg nerves twitching from time to time.
( comments: not much leg pain or foot pain today. )

April 3rd
Breakfast 5:10am: peanut butter banana overnight oats ( multivitamins included ) - no leg pain/body pains
Lunch 12:00pm: raising canes 3 piece combo with fries, bread, sauce - no leg pain/body pains
4:10pm: vanilla ice cream swirl
( comments: 2:30pm left top toes feels pressure. Was standing and walking all day due to working field trip. )

April 4th
Breakfast 9:40am: overnight oats banana blueberry cinnamon oats (multivitamins included) - left wrist discomfort slightly burning (lasted 10 mins)
Lunch 1:40pm: chipotle chicken bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, pico de galo, siracha - no leg pain/body pains
Dinner 7:35pm: popcorn shrimp spinach salad with ranch, cheese, pico, and carrots - no leg pain/body pains
( Comments: did not feel leg pain today. I felt my left leg give me twitches on my left foot when I was laying down around 12:00ish. It lasted for 10 mins. )

April 5th
Breakfast 10:15am overnight oats banana blueberry (multivitamins included) - no leg/body pains
Lunch 5:30pm: cardne asada, chicken, queso fresco, beans, red rice, guacamole, chips and salsa - no leg pain/body pains
Dinner 8:00pm: bunny cake vanilla chocolate 1 slice - no leg pain/body pains
( Comments: today was okay. I didn’t feel any pains when eating and I had ate a variety of things. 10:24pm: I am sitting down on the chair and I am staring to get pins and needles once on my left ankle. I was sitting on my bed 5 mins ago with the feeling still flaring up. I feel my nerves on my left bottom leg starting to pulse. My left ankle is still getting pins and needles. 10:32pm: left bottom foot/toes feel aches.

April 6th
Breakfast 8:10am: Peanut butter banana overnight oats ( multivitamins included ) - no leg/body pains
Lunch 1:35pm: chicken salad with guacamole, cheese, carrots, cucumber, spinach, onion - bottom left foot to the left side is feeling slight burns. Started happening when eating. 1:53pm: slight bottom heel foot irritation. Feeling moves. 2:00pm feeling went away. Lasted 20 minsish.
Dinner 7:40pm: cardne asada tacos two with corn tortillas and quac with queso fresco - slight feeling on left ankle, irritated, small pins and needles feeling. Only ate one corn tortilla and a lil more meat from the other taco. I feel my veins pulsing through my left leg. 8:15pm feeling went away on ankle.

April 7th
Breakfast 8:55am: almonds with banana - no leg pain/body pains ( multivitamins included )
Lunch 1:37pm: chicken, white rice, asparagus - no leg pain/body pains
Dinner 6:20pm: popcorn shrimp, white rice, broccoli - while and after eating, my left foot on the bottom feels a little irritated when standing on it. While eating to I felt my left leg start to flare up while eating. Lasted 20 minutes

April 8th
Breakfast 8:00am: almonds, and apple ( multivitamins included ) - no leg pain/body pains
10:21am small Hawaii cookie - left top tigh feels sore. Leg feels like it’s flaring up but no pains lasted 5 mins
Lunch 1:07pm: popcorn shrimp, chicken, white rice, broccoli - no leg pains/body pains but felt it flare while eating. Was happening when eating. A few nerves twitched as well when eating.
Dinner 6:33pm: chicken breast, pico de galo, half an avocado 2 corn tortilla - nerves throbbing on left top leg. Bottom nerves throbbing. - no leg pains/body pain

Breakfast 7:57am: Apple, almonds ( multivitamins included ) - a bit flares while eating but no leg pains/body pains
Lunch 1:35pm: broccoli, asparagus, asada meat, chicken - leg was flaring up while eating but no leg pain.
Dinner 6:37pm - strawberry cereal with banana and milk - feeling flares while eating and nerves throbbing on left leg. No leg pain/body pains

Breakfast 8:00am: almonds, banana and milk shake, 8:15am: leg feels like it’s flaring up after using milk, banana and cinnamon sugar. 8:32am: putting pressure on left bottom foot feels irritated. 9:00am: leg feeling went away
Lunch 1:37pm cardne asada, chicken, asparagus, broccoli - left leg was flaring up while eating. Still feels an uncomfortable from time to time when walking like soreness.
