I am able to log into my account, both online and through the App, but cannot get access to any account information at all. If I click on anything, such as billing, it either endlessly loads or states “an unexpected error has occurred”. I’ve tried to use chat but it says I need to login to talk to an actual person. I am logged in! My internet is working fine, as well as autopay, but I can’t get access to any account information.
