Looking for new tenant in 1.5 bedroom apartment (South End - no broker fee)

Hi All - I need to leave Boston by 6/1 and I’m looking for new tenants for the unit ASAP. This would be a new lease agreement with the landlord, but if I refer you to the landlord, you won’t need to pay broker fee. Details below, please DM with any questions.

Also, it’s technically a two bedroom apartment, but the second bedroom is a bit smaller than the first bedroom and wouldn’t fit a bed bigger than a queen.
