Silence and disappear?

Hello, sorry to write here like this, but the situation is a bit confusing. My now ex-partner and I met about six months ago. During that time, we had two major fights and, roughly speaking, one breakup. He has bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder, I know that for a fact. The breakup itself happened on March 1st, before we were supposed to meet. There was a minor argument, after which he started texting me that he had finally opened his eyes and seen my true face and was finally determined to end this circus. He blocked me everywhere and set a restriction so that I could only message him for 400 stars. Well, to clarify what happened, of course, I paid for the message, which I only saw five days later, when I removed the restrictions. After we talked, he said he didn't feel anything and was fine, but he unblocked me and we continued communicating very infrequently. I looked at it and quickly put two and two together and realized that mania had set in.  On April 8th, we were talking and he was really angry. I think that was the peak, because what he was writing was clearly inappropriate. After three days of ignoring me, he admitted that he wanted me to keep texting him and that "he just gets so lost in the spring." Of course, I tried to keep in touch, but he only responded after two days. I realized I was getting tired of waiting for his responses, so I stopped texting. A week after I stopped texting, he changed his profile picture and hid his online time. His TikTok activity also died, most likely because of me. So, I want to know if I should even text him and what he might think of me. The silence has been going on for almost a month now. Two weeks ago, he stopped reposting videos on TikTok and hasn't been visible on social media at all. Honestly, I'm worried about him. He stopped seeing a psychiatrist in May, so I don't know what to do now. I want to clarify - is this even a typical situation?  Should I wait for him to contact me or write to him myself?
