Owi with kids involved

I recently got pulled over and arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) while my children were in the car. While I was not high at the time, the evidence suggests otherwise. There were empty gummy wrappers on the side of my door, and I had two joint tubes in my pocket. Additionally, they found marijuana on the right passenger seat, which I had just purchased from a dispensary in Michigan.

I was originally stopped for reckless driving, going 59 in a 35 mph zone, but I wasn't charged with that. I had a long day, and with my kids screaming in the back, I wasn’t fully paying attention. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but I ended up refusing a chemical test because I was scared.

Now, I'm facing charges for endangerment, which is a Level 6 felony, along with four different misdemeanors. I recently started smoking after going through a miscarriage and experiencing relationship issues. If anyone has recommendations for a lawyer or advice based on similar experiences, I would greatly appreciate it. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Thank you.
