Is anyone else having issues with the verification?

I have had to do it 4 times today (5 orders total) and every time it takes 3 tries to work. Just lost a high pay order. It said it was approved then immediately went to the identity verification in review screen and canceled my trip! This happened last week too. I look the same as always.
